Friedman Schuman Layser takes great pride in acknowledging Peter Friedman’s recent efforts on behalf of the firm’s client, Keller Williams Realty Group, in the leasing of their new “state of the art”, 21,000 square foot business office in Collegeville, Pa. Peter, a shareholder of the firm and head of its Real Estate Department, lead the negotiations, the successful conclusion of which ultimately enabled Keller Williams Realty Group to open its new office at 400 Arcola Road, Collegeville, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. The negotiation of the complex lease and sub-lease agreements took more than 10 months and involved a number of attorneys and real estate professionals. Peter’s expertise and the expansive breadth of knowledge in this area of the practice are unparalleled and of the highest caliber. The opening of the new Keller Williams Realty Group office was “spotlighted” in the October issue of the Route 422 Business Advisor magazine. Congratulations to Peter on another job well done!
